Bergin Motion's Parkinson's Programs combine evidence-based exercise, education, and community support to help individuals improve mobility, balance, strength, and confidence while maintaining an active, independent lifestyle.

Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson's disease for years, our experienced team is here to support your journey every step of the way.

Parkinson's Exercise Programs

Evidence-Based Exercise for Parkinson's Disease

Our specialized exercise programs are designed to help improve movement, reduce the impact of Parkinson's symptoms, and build confidence in everyday activities. Every class is led by experienced healthcare professionals in a safe, supportive environment.

PWR! Moves®

PWR! Moves® is a Parkinson's-specific exercise program focused on improving posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, and functional movement. Participants learn practical strategies that can be applied to everyday life, helping them move more efficiently and confidently.

Non-Contact Boxing

Our Non-Contact Boxing program combines boxing-inspired movements with functional exercise to improve agility, coordination, strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson's disease, this high-energy class provides a fun, motivating, and completely non-contact environment.

    Parkinson's Disease Support Group

    Connect with Others Who Understand

    In partnership with Parkinson Canada, Bergin Motion proudly hosts a monthly Parkinson's Disease Support Group for individuals living with Parkinson's disease, as well as their care partners, family members, and friends.

    The group provides a welcoming opportunity to connect with others, hear from guest speakers, share experiences, and access valuable education and community resources.

    • When: Fourth Thursday of every month (excluding July and August)
    • Time: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

    Care Partner Support Group

    Supporting Those Who Support Others

    Caring for someone living with Parkinson's disease can be both rewarding and challenging. Our monthly Care Partner Support Group, offered in partnership with Parkinson Canada, provides a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and discover practical strategies and resources to support your caregiving journey.

    • When: Third Thursday of every month
    • Time: 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
